Our Story
Klumis is a dream come true. We have been talking about a sustainable bag at the intersection of fashion & tech for a long time and we are super excited to finally launch.
We come from different backgrounds, but what we have in common is our obsession for details, the desire to contribute to a sustainable future in fashion, the belief that the best design is simple and a gratifying feeling of freedom when we can be spontaneous.
With previous products we were awarded Forbes 30under30 and we were part of MVP Academy incubator in Bucharest and WeXelerate accelerator in Vienna.
THE DESIGNER OF KLUMIS
Marina spent a lifetime in fashion. At 11 already taking silk painting courses. She experienced different style and cultures, from Cameroon, Tunis, Lebanon to UK and Romania.
Her technique was shaped by working early on for designers like Tony Ward in Beirut and Silvia Serban in Bucharest.
She perfected her craftsmanship through her studies, apprenticeships & top industry positions with designers and brands worn by celebrities and by thousands of people across the globe.
